Amenities

Dog Park

Our pet friendly park has now opened its 5,500 square foot dog park.

Outdoor Activity Area

The grassy southernmost acre of the park - which “stares” at a large, dinosaur-like Osprey nest - will provide a great opportunity for outdoor activities, picnicking, kicking the soccer ball around or browning up your marshmallows at one of several outdoor fire pits. Picnic tables and firepits expected by Summer 2020.

The Doug Fir Lodge

Our large (2,400 sq. ft.) game and entertainment room with a 65" flat screen TV, multiple seating areas, a wood stove, ping pong and pool tables. Behind the game and entertainment space, we provide a covered eating and grilling area and a fire pit/seating area.

Greenhouse

Our large 12,000 sq./ft. greenhouse houses the park's community garden, offers storage space for our long term residents, contains a workshop available to our residents and serves as the workshop for a local glassblower. As of 2022, the exercise equipment from the greenhouse has been moved to a separate fitness room behind the Lodge.

The Redwood Commons

Our Redwood Commons (opened in August 2019) provides sweeping views of the ocean in a large second floor deck and great room which also has a full kitchen and fireplace with seating area for your use. The first floor includes a full bathroom (with ADA shower) and an ADA lift.

Site Landscaping

Our uniqueness is also reflected in the site landscaping, which was designed by professional landscape architects at Koch Landscape Architecture, and which is intended to provide a uniquely Oregon coast experience by utilizing thoughtfully landscaped sites with mature plantings that are native to the Oregon coast.
