To our pet owners: We strive to make your visit to Tiny Tranquility a memorable one and are proud of the fact that we welcome your dogs at most of our rentals with no additional pet fee. In return, we ask that you be mindful of the behavior of your dog during your stay and respectful of both our property and the quiet enjoyment of people living and visiting the park. To that end, we ask you to follow these simple rules if you’re thinking about bringing your dog with you: 1. If your dog has scratched or gnawed on furniture, floors or other surfaces in the past, we unfortunately cannot accommodate it. 2. Please keep your dog on leash when it’s on the property, except for when you use our dog park. 3. Dogs should not be left unattended in the tiny home or vintage trailer if your dog is likely to bark. 4. Please, no dogs in the lofted areas – it’s simply too difficult to clean these areas thoroughly as quickly as we need to in between reservations. 4. Please keep your dogs off the cloth furniture and blankets – in some cases we have to wash our bedding 3x to get off fine dog hair. In other cases we’ve had to throw away blankets and bedding because of blood stains or other damage from a guest’s dog. 5. Please do not use our towels to clean your dog (we have dog blankets available for your use). 6) Sorry, no cats.
Tiny Tranquility does not permit smoking in ANY of the trailers or buildings. We will charge the guest renting the trailer a $200.00 smoking fee for anyone smoking in their rented trailer.
Each trailer comes with complimentary WIFI, parking for one car at each site (with parking for one additional car available at a different park location), bedding, full bathrooms with showers and bathroom towels (but not beach towels), either a gas stove, electric cooktop or portable electric burner (as specified) cooking utensils/cookware and a french press coffee maker. Guests are entitled to access to all park amenities with no additional fee, as those amenities become available (as indicated on the “Amenities” tab on the website).
Please note that the Doug Fir Lodge and the Redwood Commons are now open and can be used by guests in accordance with our posted hours and occupancy limitations. Leashed dogs are allowed in the Lodge but not the Commons. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen in the Commons, but must wash their own dishes.
Damages. Guests are responsible for any physical damage to the rental unit (including furniture) or damage to the bedding and towels and furnishings beyond normal wear and tear.
Tiny Tranquility will provide you a full refund if you cancel your reservation more than 14 days from the date of your arrival. Cancellations made 14 days or less from the date of your arrival are non-refundable.
Tiny Tranquility is optimized for long-term stays with an emphasis on community while still providing privacy.
